Affiliate : Cocktail TrainingThe fun starts with a bubbly reception followed by:
quick history, trends and technicalities of cocktail-making;
classic cocktails' tasting: Mojito, Classic Champagne and Cosmopolitan;
a cool competition where you and friends create your own cocktail and get the spotlight to show off your new skills;
few snack platters on a reserved area so your group can carry on partying through the evening!
We also provide you a certificate of acclamation and you keep all cocktails from the training.

Guests arrival with bubbly reception.
Start of Cocktail Training
X Bartender trainer begins Intro: history, trends, explanation of cocktails/ingredients; glassware that should be used; technicalities of cocktail-making.
X Demo of three classic Cocktails (Mojito, Classic Champagne and Cosmopolitan);
X Guests get to taste cocktails to start their thinking on how to mix their own creation or recreate one of the above.
The Competition
X Trainer splits guests into [x] teams (approx four per team), explains what they have to do,
X They have 30 mins (providing we're running on time, maybe shorter if we're not) ¡V each team to produce no more than one cocktail per person (option to focus on working as a team on just the one cocktail).
X Then nominate one from each team to put forward to be judged on Name, Taste and Presentation. Trainer and other bartender able to assist if asked but to trainer's discretion.
X One team per station is to create their own mixture on what they've learnt or play safe and recreate one of the demonstrations, however may lose points for not being inventive, but may gain points if succeed in making a great cocktail to perfection.
X Additional alcohol, fruit and mixing utensils, crusher to be available on bar, for each team to use.
The Mix-off
X Each team nominates a star bartender from their team to recreate the chosen cocktail in two - three minutes behind the bar (two teams at a time)
The winners
Judging by trainer (gives points for the best Name, Taste and Presentation).
Prize giving for Winner IV Bar Tab voucher to come back.
X Any cocktails remaining available.
X Food served.
X Guests to decide on continuing to drink at leisure, move to reserved area or depart.

MUST BE OVER 18 YEARS OLD.

Location: London West End, a cool bar in Leicester Square.
Nearest tube: Leicester Square. Five minutes walk from the tube station.

Timings:
Activity slots are for two hours starting at 12.00 or 14:00
If guests arrive late, training maybe cut short.
