The Beginning…
Kick-start your Mediterranean banquet with a medley of tasty tapas including potato wedges, Chorizo Sausage, Mozzarella Salad plus much more.

The middle…
Cajun Chicken Burger – Butter-flied chicken breast dusted in Cajun seasoning and char-grilled. Served in a floured bun with salad, sour cream and salsa with a side portion of fries.

Spanish Chicken – Pan-fried chicken breast with olives and peppers in a tomato and basil sauce. Served with sun-dried tomato cous cous and salad.

Spaghetti Albondigas – Pork and beef meatballs in a spicy tomato sauce with herbs and garlic. Served on a bed of spaghetti with garlic bread.

Roasted Vegetable Enchilada – A roasted vegetable ragout of onions, peppers, courgettes and mushrooms encased in a flour tortilla topped with cheese and baked in the oven. Served with fries and salsa.
